SHIPPING CHARGES & DELIVERY TIMES
We use USPS 3-5 day priority mail. Fedex Express Next Day delivery is
available for a $29.99 shipping fee. Orders placed during the week are usually
shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of order. (Seasonal orders, such as
veils and custom orders, may require longer delivery times due to their
high volume and made-to-order status.) You will get an email
when the order is filled and shipped. APO addresses may choose the
"Priority" option allowing 7-10 days for delivery.
Should we be out of stock, we will notify you by phone and email with
the estimated shipping time. Please allow extra time for special orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept all international orders. International orders are usually
shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of order. Select the
"International" shipping choice in the shipping drop down menu. Please
allow 13- 5 working days to receive your international order. When
providing the credit card and shipping information, provide the address,
city, state/province, zip code and province information as close as
possible. In the "additional comments" section, retype your
international address in the proper layout as to ensure that you receive
your package without delay. APO addresses may choose the "Priority"
option allowing 7-10 days for delivery.

Every item sold by A-Special-Day.com is unconditionally guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason,
please pay shipping and handling and send it back to us within
five days
from the time of receipt. We will credit your charge card or refund your
money (US Currency) for the amount of your purchase (minus shipping) or
exchange the item for you.

RETURNS FOR A REFUND
Due to the nature of christenings and first communions, we can only
offer five days to review your order and then return it for a 100%
merchandise refund minus shipping. DO NOT overnight any packages to us,
JUST POSTMARK THEM WITHIN THE 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT and send the order back
at any rate that you wish. All return items must have original tags and
packaging.

EXCHANGES
We offer a full 30-day exchange on any item you order from A-Special-Day.com.
Although, most of our exchanges are for a different size gown or outfit,
we also give replacements for defects, and exchange for different style
of gown or outfit. All return items must have original tags and
packaging.

ORDERING 2 THEN RETURNING 1
There is a $5.00 restocking fee for those of you who would like to order
2 gowns/outfits/items with the intent of returning 1 of them. This fee
covers: added processing time for charges/returns to your credit card,
additional shipping costs due to increased weight, receiving and
restocking, and also takes into account inventory depletion factors. All
return items must have original tags and packaging.
